Graham Casey

We have just heard of another veteran who has lost his life - Graham Casey, a Gulf 1 veteran, who died last Thursday 6th July. Graham lived in Bishop Auckland County Durham.

At this time we have no further details.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time...

Peter John Heppinstall

Another loss, we have just heard that on the 22nd June a gulf war veteran, 52 year old ex Pioneer Cpl Peter John Heppinstall, died in Pinderfields hospital following a long illness.

We have no other details at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.

Anthony Worthington

We have just heard that Anthony Worthington died last Tuesday (23rd May) morning after deteriorating over the past year or so.

Anthony was a Gulf 1 Veteran and a member of the NGVFA he lived in Leintwardine Shropshire.

His sister is dealing with all the arrangements and at this time we have no further details.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time...

Roy Hutcheson

It's with a sad heart that I post the passing of a fellow GWS sufferer Roy Hutcheson passed away on Friday 13th 2017.

Roy served in the first Gulf and we have on record that he served with 40 Field Royal Artillery.
We have no more information at this time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad time.

Harry Hurst

We have just heard this news about a past member Harry Hurst, it was posted on Facebook by one of his friends:

"It's with a sad heart that I post the passing of a fellow GWS sufferer Harry Hurst passed away on Tuesday night".

We have no more information at this time

Malcolm Marvin

We have heard that another veteran has fallen - Malcolm Marvin, who passed away on the 29th September 2015.

We unfortunately know very little of this former Army veteran, we believe he was in the 28 Signal Regiment.

Anyone who wishes to attend the funeral the details are:
St Matthews, Barrow-in-Furness Friday 16th October at 1400 hours
